Our butter has a pleasant and delicate aroma and a unique taste. It is made exclusively with the surfacing cream obtained by our excellent milk, which is slowly pasteurized for at least 24 hours and then churned. he butter is then washed, kneaded and dried by hand. Great to spread on bread and eat as it is, it can also be used to whisk pasta and risotto or for any preparation in the kitchen in order to make the plates precious. t has a straw colour in summer when cows are fed on grass, while it is slightly lighter in winter when they are fed on hay.
