Parmigiano Reggiano 36 months is excellent from a nutritional point of view. Granulated and crumbly paste, rich and decisive flavor, ideal for grating and used in fillings. Good and tasty to eat alone or accompanied by a nice slice of bread. Given its long aging it is excellent to use on pasta and soup.
Storage: it is advisable to keep the product in the refrigerator.
Recommended temperature: from 4° to 8° C.
